MFG Surveyors has (almost) completed the cyclical repair and maintenance of this Grade II listed building in the heart of Knightsbridge.
Designed by Brett and Pollen Architects between 1963 and 1965, the building is recognised by Historic England as an outstanding example of post-war commercial architecture due to its distinctive cantilevered office superstructure, suspended above bold concrete showroom levels with elegant curtain wall glazing, set it apart from the many conventional office buildings of the period.
Originally built as the London showroom for Sekers Fabrics, one of Britain`s leading luxury textile manufacturers, the retail space is today occupied by Louis Vuitton continuing the building`s long association with premium design and craftsmanship.
